These terms govern your use of TrendWeight AI ("the app", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

TrendWeight AI is a personal weight-tracking app. It records your weigh-ins, shows a smoothed trend line and statistics, and generates short AI explanations of your day-to-day changes. You can optionally import body-weight readings from Apple Health or Health Connect.

Not medical advice

The app is for general wellness and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI insights are automated estimates and can be wrong. Talk to a qualified health professional before making decisions about your weight, diet, or health, and never disregard professional advice because of something the app shows you.

Your account and data

The app signs you in with an anonymous account tied to your install. You are responsible for the data you enter. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and billing

Full access requires a paid subscription (monthly or annual). Purchases are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
• You manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account, not inside the app. See Manage Subscription.
• Refunds are handled by the app store you purchased through, under its refund policy.

Acceptable use

Use the app only for your own personal, lawful use. Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app or its backend, and do not use it in any way that infringes others' rights.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
